Here are just some of the kind words that families and friends of residents have to say about us.
We are delighted to know that we have helped, and continue to support, so many people.
To all the Staff at Meadowbrook Manor,
Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Meadowbrook Manor. Your kindness, care and support given to Dad over the past 18 months has been so much appreciated by all his family.
When we were advised Dad needed twenty four hour care we had to make difficult choices. You are surrendering someone you love and have cared for to strangers. However you were so kind and helpful to Dad and ourselves that we felt part of an extended family; always welcome day or night, tea on tap: anything to help. Knowing Dad was safe, secure and well cared for helped us so much.
We will never forget last Christmas when you wined, dined and entertained all the residents and their familiees (about 70 people). You all worked so hard and put on a Cristmas dinner better than many a restaurant. Even Santa came along with gifts to the delight of the residents. Sadly this was to be Dad's last Christmas but we have such happy memories of that day.
We can never thank you enough dor the kindness, help and support given to Dad and all of us in Dad's final hours. We were devastated, but you were there for us all, giving that 'extra something' that is priceless at times such as these.
Once again thank you so much.
To Beverley & all staff,
Thank You
With grateful thanks to you all for the care and kindness you have shown to Freda over the past eleven years. We know that she was very happy living at Meadowbrook Manor and we were content in the knowledge that she was being well looked after.
Thank you all so much.
Staff at Meadowbrook Manor,
We knew Jack was in good care in your hands and thank you all for all the hardwork and dedication you gave.
Jack's sent you a Pot,
To thank you a lot,
So enjoy a tea break,
Eating Rose's tasty cake.
